Note: Fairfax County has arranged transportation for individuals who may have difficulties getting to the vaccination site. Should you need to have transportation provided, please identify such in your email.
The Mount Olive Baptist Church has partnered with the Fairfax County Health Department and Safeway Pharmacy in setting up a community vaccination clinic to distribute Covid-19 vaccinations to all individuals in Phase 1. This action has been prompted by the disparity of the distribution of the vaccine to African Americans and other communities of color.
Vaccinations are available to the at-risk communities of color who are residents of Fairfax County in Phases 1a & 1b and individuals who live or work in the Fairfax Health District (Phase 1c) as noted below:
Phase 1a: Health Care Personnel and Long-term Care Facility Residents/Staff
Phase 1b: Ages 65+; 16–64 with Underlying Conditions, Correctional Facilities & Shelters, Essential Workers:
